Checkout & Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Pending charge: A pending hold may appear on your statement before our team confirms or cancels your order. If the order is cancelled, the pending hold will be released by your bank, and release timing varies by financial institution.
Duplicate charges: If you see multiple unexpected charges, please contact us immediately with your order number and transaction screenshot.
